About Juliana
Juliana is a certified personal trainer, a pre & postnatal exercise specialist, and a classically trained certified Pilates instructor. After having two kids in less than two years, she recognized the lack of support for pregnant women and mamas in the fitness space. “Listen to your body” isn’t always helpful advice when your body is changing drastically and everything feels unfamiliar! She is now dedicated to spreading safe and effective information to empower women to build their strongest body no matter the phase of life they’re in.
